Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers in the showroom, present jewelry pieces, explain product features and craftsmanship, and support customers in selecting items that match their preferences and budget.

Daily responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining product displays, processing sales transactions, managing customer queries, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with new arrivals, understanding collection details, and contributing to a positive, professional store atmosphere.



Collaboration with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards is essential.

Qualifications
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.
Sales, upselling, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting individual and team targets in a retail or luxury workplace.
Product presentation and basic visual merchandising skills to showcase jewelry pieces effectively and maintain appealing displays.
Clear verbal communication skills in English and local languages; ability to explain product features and care instructions confidently.
Attention to detail and basic numeracy for handling transactions, billing, and inventory-related tasks accurately.
Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and flexible schedule as required by store operations.
