Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Lead and motivate the salon team.
Handle appointments and client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Manage inventory and retail sales.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of salon software and appointment management.
Ability to drive sales and retail targets.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
