Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, manage leads, and build long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, coordinating with the fabrication and installation teams, and ensuring a smooth handover from inquiry to project completion.

The role involves developing and executing marketing activities, such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach,



to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. The specialist will also maintain accurate sales reports, provide product training and guidance to clients, and represent SISRA's values of quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide responsive support.
Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Sales Management and Training capabilities to support pipeline management, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Experience in building materials, fenestration, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with technical, fabrication, and installation teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for tracking opportunities and preparing proposals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
