Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling SUN DIRECT DTH services to new and existing customers through direct interactions, field visits, and in-store engagements. Daily tasks include explaining product features and packages, demonstrating DTH service advantages, addressing customer queries, and guiding customers through the subscription and installation process.

The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and coordinating with technical and customer support teams to ensure timely service delivery.



The Salesperson is expected to represent SUN DIRECT professionally, build robust customer relationships, and actively seek opportunities to expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Qualifications
Proven ability in direct sales, field sales, or retail sales, preferably in telecom, DTH, or consumer electronics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical services in simple terms and build trust with diverse customers.
Basic knowledge of DTH or cable TV services, and comfort working with digital devices and subscription processes.
Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining sales records and managing multiple customer engagements.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in an on-site, customer-facing environment.
Ability to travel locally within Hyderabad as needed for customer visits and promotional activities.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in the Indian market and proficiency in local languages used in Hyderabad are beneficial.
