Role Description The Salon Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role includes supervising staff, managing appointment schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining salon cleanliness and safety standards.

The Salon

Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, ensure consistent service quality, and support staff training and performance. Additional responsibilities include assisting with hiring and onboarding, implementing promotional activities, managing basic financial reporting such as sales tracking,



and aligning the team with company policies and goals.

Qualifications

Technical salon expertise: Cosmetology and Hair Care skills, with a solid understanding of salon services and industry best practices.

Client-facing capabilities: Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, manage expectations, and handle concerns professionally.

People management: Experience in Hiring, staff supervision, and team coordination within a service-oriented setting.

Additional beneficial skills: Basic knowledge of salon operations, scheduling, and inventory management; familiarity with hygiene and safety standards; ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred background: Prior experience as a salon manager or senior stylist, proficiency with POS and booking systems, and a diploma or certification in cosmetology or related field.
