5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Data Analytics and BI.
Robust proficiency in SQL and large datasets handling.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred.
Solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
Experience in BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
