Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and GP targets.
Generate current business through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Sell Ocean Export, Ocean Import, LCL, FCL, Cross Trade, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, and Value-Added Services.
Prepare quotations in coordination with the pricing team and negotiate commercial terms.
Conduct customer presentations and logistics solution discussions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain credit discipline.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues.
Track market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and customer requirements.
Submit daily call reports, weekly sales pipeline, and monthly business reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
