– SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA) Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Vistex solutions within an SAP S/4HANA workplace. The role requires robust functional expertise in Vistex, proven project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Vistex implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Design and configure SAP Vistex solutions for Contract devt & Mgmt, Group membership management, Cross reference management, Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks, Gross to Net. Reports etc.

Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, FI/CO, and Settlement Management.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Conduct business requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and fit-gap analysis.

Oversee testing, deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.





Coordinate with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 5+ years in SAP Vistex.

Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations in an SAP S/4HANA setting.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Pricing, FI/CO, MM, and integration with Vistex.

Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Key Competencies
