Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cookware or small appliance coating industry; candidates with team management experience are preferred.
Responsible for managing market operations and customer relations for Lici’s domestic marketing department across regions including East China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai), South China, and Fujian.
Execute and achieve the company’s annual sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular client visits, accurately understand customer needs, and maintain smooth, ongoing communication.
Monitor market trends, identify current markets and prospects, collect and analyze information, and provide regular feedback to the company.
Ensure contracts are properly executed, follow up on payments in a timely manner, and prevent transactional risks.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
