Role Description The Sales Manager B2B is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and acquiring new business clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

The Sales

Manager will develop and execute B2B sales strategies, prepare proposals and presentations, lead service demonstrations, and negotiate commercial terms.



Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, collaborating with Operations team to tailor make / customise health check ups/health test packages. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and working closely with internal stakeholders to support successful implementations and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Interest and dedication to work in a qualified environment;

Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, esp diagnostics services.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, account planning, and opportunity qualification.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven workplace, with a commitment to improving access and affordability in healthcare.
