Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support sales activities by engaging with prospective buyers, explaining property features, and assisting in matching client requirements with available listings. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining client records, participating in property visits, and supporting the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.

The intern will assist in executing local marketing campaigns, gathering market insights from metro real estate segments,



and collaborating with senior team members to improve customer outreach. The role also involves learning and applying sales processes, following up with leads, and contributing to a qualified, customer-focused advisory workplace.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic reporting.

Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and participate in Training activities related to real estate products, local market trends, and advisory processes.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge or interest in real estate markets, especially metro city properties, is beneficial.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and comfort with digital communication platforms will be an advantage.
