Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Temu. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketplace operations, product research, new product launches, catalogue management, and sales optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Temu.
Handle product listings, catalogue management, inventory updates, pricing, and order fulfilment.
Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and identify recent business opportunities.
Plan and execute new product launches with optimised listings and marketplace best practices.
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, account health, and marketplace KPIs.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with warehouse,



operations, procurement, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve marketplace issues and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (mandatory).
Experience in product research, new product launches, and catalogue management (mandatory).
Good understanding of marketplace SEO, Campaigns, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Solid Microsoft Excel skills and analytical ability (mandatory).
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
