Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing activities to promote the company's product portfolio, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing and potential customers, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Executive will coordinate market planning initiatives, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.



Regular market visits, collection of customer feedback, and reporting on sales performance and market trends are also core aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze demand, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Candidates should possess robust Sales skills to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Prior experience in building materials, interior products, or related distribution businesses is advantageous.
Ability to work in office across Pune City, including field visits, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and maintaining sales documentation.
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
