12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Office) • 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from Home) Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and lead qualification for the U.S. market. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting and meeting generation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 60+ cold calls daily targeting companies in the U.S. market • Identify potential prospects and decision makers in U.S.-based companies • The ideal candidate should have a strong inside sales background with experience in outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and building a healthy sales pipeline for the U.S.



market.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns • Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the leadership team • Maintain prospect and activity data in CRM tools • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for follow-ups • Track outreach metrics and meeting conversion performance Required Experience 03–05 years of experience in business development or international lead generation.
