Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly business loan targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire recent SME customers.
Generate leads through market visits, references, and partner networks.
Assess client business requirements, perform preliminary credit evaluation, and coordinate with credit teams for timely loan approvals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and business owners.
Monitor competition, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies for growth.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience working with NBFCs/Banks.
Solid local network with SMEs and DSAs.
