Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves leading and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery, and preparing regular sales reports and market insights for senior management.





The Sales

Manager is expected to maintain a robust understanding of healthcare services offered by the company and represent the organization professionally in the market.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.

Ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Experience leading or supervising sales teams, with skills in coaching, performance monitoring, and team motivation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.

Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic business reporting software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in office and travel within the region as required.
