Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to be based in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing distribution, and building solid retail and dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory/products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across Kathmandu.

Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising at retail outlets.

Identify current business opportunities and expand the dealer/retailer network.

Conduct market visits to monitor stock levels, competitor activity, and market trends.

Collect timely payments and ensure adherence to credit policies.

Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Support promotional activities and product launches within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing,



or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG related.

Sound knowledge of the retail and distribution market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license .

Proficiency in Nepali and English.

Positive knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
