Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work in office in Noida in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding NB Freight Logistics’ customer base and strengthening market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term customers. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital promotional activities,



and coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

The specialist will analyze market trends, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and revenue growth. This position requires close collaboration with customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for clients. Qualifications

Robust Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Customer Service and client relationship management abilities to deliver responsive, solution-oriented support.
