Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will promote air conditioning products and services, generate leads, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and corporate customers, explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotes, and following up on inquiries.

The role also involves coordinating with the service team, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining customer records, and providing basic product training to clients and junior staff.



The specialist will be expected to meet sales targets, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and represent the brand professionally in the Ahmedabad market.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers on product use and support basic onboarding for recent team members.

Basic knowledge of air conditioning products or willingness to learn technical features and specifications.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or HVAC-related sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
