Roles & Responsibilities Supervise installation of mounting structures and mechanical fittings.
Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and fastening of structures.
Read and understand basic structure drawings and layouts.
Guide helpers and fitters at the site.
Ensure safety practices while working at heights.
Coordinate with electrical and site teams for smooth execution.
Qualifications ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Mechanical).
2–5 years of experience in structure or fabrication work.
Knowledge of tools, fasteners, and site safety standards.
Ability to supervise site helpers.
Willingness to work outdoors and at project sites.
