Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets and support the sales team in meeting overall goals.
Generate new leads through proactive outreach, field team collaboration, and online/offline campaigns.
Contact potential clients via phone and present product offerings effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Clearly explain product features, advantages, and perks to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer orders.
Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
Coordinate with the Quotation Department and clients for seamless order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure timely coordination.




Monitor and report on field sales staff activity including attendance and sales updates.
Prepare and share daily sales performance reports.

Qualities Required:
Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
Robust interpersonal skills.
Solid phone presence and listening skills.
Convincing & Negotiation skills.
Confident in MS Office Excel.
Familiar with units of measurements and commercial calculation.

Qualification: Any Graduate Experience : 4years -15 years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
