We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accounts Manager AGM Accounts to lead the accounting and finance function of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, and team handling, preferably from Manufacturing or Trading Company .

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete accounting and financial operations of the company.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate and manage internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
Monitor costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing accounts, and margin analysis.
Develop and implement financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements.
Manage banking operations, fund flow, working capital, and financial planning.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team for effective operations.




Support management in strategic financial decision-making and budgeting activities.
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
13 + years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and accounting standards.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing and inventory-based accounting environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and compliance-driven industry.
Solid understanding of costing, batch manufacturing, and regulatory documentation.
