Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Bhopal.

The Sales

Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with homebuyers, brokers, and other stakeholders, while tracking market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.

Manager will collaborate with project and finance teams to align pricing, timelines, and customer commitments, and will manage sales reporting, targets, and forecasting. The position also includes mentoring and guiding the sales team,



ensuring excellent customer service, and representing the company at local events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.

Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.

Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and pricing details clearly.

Experience coordinating with internal teams such as project management, finance, and marketing.

Strong organizational and planning abilities, including pipeline management and accurate reporting.

Comfort working on-site, conducting regular client visits, and traveling locally within Bhopal as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to manage leads and reports.
