Position: School Counsellor

Location: Bengaluru- Bannerghatta

Key Responsibilities-

The School Counsellor is responsible for supporting students' emotional, social, behavioural, and academic well-being. The role involves providing individual and group counselling, implementing preventive mental health programmes, collaborating with teachers and parents, and promoting a secure, inclusive, and supportive learning workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling
Provide confidential individual and group counselling to students experiencing academic, emotional, behavioural, or social challenges.
Conduct assessments to identify students requiring additional support.
Develop intervention plans and monitor student progress.
Support students during periods of crisis, transition, or significant life events.

Mental Health & Well-being




Design and implement well-being programmes, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Promote resilience, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and positive behaviour.
Support bullying prevention, child protection, and safeguarding initiatives.

Academic & Career Guidance
Assist students with academic planning and study skills.
Provide guidance on career exploration, subject selection, and higher education pathways.
Help students identify their strengths, interests, and future goals.

Parent & Teacher Collaboration
Work closely with teachers to identify and support students facing academic or behavioural concerns.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
