NRole Overview

nTheManager – Sales will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing the complete sales cycle, and building robust relationships with decision-makers. The role requires a hands-on, consultative seller who can open doors, build credibility, and close mid-to-large enterprise deals.

Drive sales for the GEMS platform within NBFCs and BFSI organizations.

Identify, prospect, andengage CXOs, functional heads, and strategy/transformation leaders.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Conduct product demos and solution discussions tailored to client needs.
N
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
N
Represent Excelrate at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

nDesired Candidate Profile

2 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales (SaaS, BFSI tech, consulting, performance management, or enterprise solutions).

Prior exposure to NBFCsor Financial Services ecosystem is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability toclose mid-sized to large enterprise deals.

Robust consultative selling and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with high ownership in a startup or growth-stage setting.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
