About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer who loves coding and leading from the front. The ideal candidate is not just a people manager but also an active hands-on developer who thrives on solving technical challenges, writing clean code, and mentoring a high-performing tea

Key Responsibilities
Stay hands-on with coding primarily in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid in DSA
Oversee end-to-end delivery : from planning and architecture to deployment and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features ontime.
Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and foster a culture of clean, maintainable code.
Contribute to backend discussions and integration (basic familiarity with Node.js or similar backend technologies is a plus).




Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements
4+ years of overall experience in software development, with a solid foundation in frontend technologies.
Robust hands-on skills in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Exposure to backend systems (Node.js, APIs, or microservice preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to balance codingand leadership

Nice-to-Have :
Experience in performance optimization and front-end architecture.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities
