Role Description The Sales Associate role at Firstcry is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad.

The Sales

Associate will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products across baby and kids’ categories. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, handling product inquiries, and processing sales transactions accurately at the checkout. The role also involves managing returns and exchanges,



keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

The Sales

Associate works closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, provide a positive shopping experience, and uphold company service standards.

Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate products.

Basic cash handling and POS operation skills, with attention to accuracy in billing, handling returns, and maintaining transaction records.

Store operations skills such as inventory awareness, merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and store leadership.
