Role Description The Sales Executive role at Netcall-services is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s telecommunications solutions. This role includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while maintaining strong,



long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and targets. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights is expected.

Qualifications

Solid sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with experience managing a B2B sales cycle.

Proficiency in client relationship management, including prospecting, networking, and account management.

Knowledge of telecommunications or technology solutions, such as VoIP, cloud telephony, and connectivity services.

Effective communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical offerings in explicit business terms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Willingness to work on-site.
