Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst will support D3’s growth by analyzing sales performance, optimizing processes, and providing operational insights to leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting sales and financial data, preparing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that inform strategic decisions. The role involves collaborating with sales, finance, and community teams to streamline workflows, improve pipeline management, and enhance sponsor engagement.





The analyst will help implement tools and best practices for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards. This is a full time, in office role based in Kanpur.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.

Effective communication skills for presenting insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting processes.

Understanding of sales and sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM usage, and revenue tracking.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar).

Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate work under deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in tech communities, SaaS, or startup environments is an advantage.
