Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and align screening machines, vibrating screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on screening plant machinery.
Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform welding, gas cutting, and basic fabrication work as required.
Ensure proper lubrication and routine inspection of all moving parts.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs.
Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations.
Keep the work area clean and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Required Qualifications




ITI in Fitter or an equivalent technical qualification.
Experience in coal screening plants, crusher plants, or material handling equipment is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of vibrating screens, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, and alignment techniques.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and use standard maintenance tools.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
