Role Description This is a full time Script Writer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Script

Writer will develop compelling scripts and screenplays for video content across digital, social, and branded campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing storylines, crafting dialogue and narrative flows, collaborating with creative, strategy, and production teams, and aligning scripts with brand objectives and campaign goals. The role involves refining scripts through feedback,



adapting content for different formats and platforms, and supporting the video production process with script breakdowns, shot ideas, and revisions.

The Script

Writer will also help maintain a consistent brand voice while experimenting with fresh creative approaches.

Qualifications
Solid Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for short- and long-form video content.
Experience in Screenplays, including character development, structure, and pacing.
Understanding of Video Production workflows and collaboration with directors, editors, and producers.
Excellent Writing skills, with a command of narrative, tone, and explicit, engaging language.
Ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into creative scripts for various digital platforms.
Prior experience in advertising, digital content, or media agencies is beneficial.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Mass Communication, Literature, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
