Role Description The Sales Attendant role at Prakash Tourism is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun.

Attendant will engage directly with customers, explain travel packages, assist with bookings, and respond to inquiries in person and by phone. This role includes maintaining organized records of reservations, payments, and customer details, as well as updating product and pricing information.

and coordinate with tour and transport partners to ensure smooth service delivery. The position also involves handling customer feedback, promoting current offers, and maintaining a welcoming setting for visitors.

Qualifications Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse customers.

Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in promoting travel packages and closing bookings.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests, maintain records, and meet daily targets.

Comfort with basic computer use, including email, office applications, and simple booking or billing systems.

Knowledge or interest in local and regional tourism, attractions, and travel options in and around Dehradun.

Ability to work on-site full time, including occasional weekends or peak-season hours as needed.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in tourism or customer service is beneficial.
