Business Development Manager

Location: Vasant Vihar, Current Delhi

JDMC International is hiring its first team member for a new consumer products vertical.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll work directly with leadership to help build a business from the ground up- driving growth across field sales, e-commerce marketplaces, and current distribution channels. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Develop and manage relationships with premium B2B customers and channel partners.
Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.
Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate product launches, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online channels.
Support growth through social commerce and digital sales initiatives.
Identify new opportunities for expansion and help execute the company's go-to-market strategy.
Work closely with leadership on sales planning, customer acquisition,



and business development.

We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.).
1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
Proficient with Excel and standard business tools.
