Responsibilities
Acts as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas; identifies and analyzes business needs; conducts requirements gathering; defines scope and objectives.
Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through current technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
Specializes in the evaluation of business problems and potential for automated solutions.
Assists in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements.
Executes unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs.
Analyzes business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide business and IT leaders insights to support decision making.
Identifies prospects for process improvements, systems integration,



and technology solutions that address business partners needs.
Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
Facing IT function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

Qualifications
University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
