We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Scrub Technician / OT Technician to join our team.

Eligibility:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in Orthopedic, Trauma, Arthroscopy, or Joint Replacement surgeries will be preferred.
Freshers possessing academic knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures, surgical instruments, orthopedic implants, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgeries.
Prepare and maintain a sterile operation theatre.
Handle surgical instruments, implants.
Ensure smooth coordination with surgeons and OT staff.




Maintain OT protocols and infection control standards.

Skills Required:
Positive knowledge of orthopedic surgical instruments and implants.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to emergency cases.
Willingness to travel to hospitals, if required.
