Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales of premium plots and villas while providing investment consulting to clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills and be comfortable conducting regular client site visits.
Key Responsibilities Generate and convert qualified sales leads. Consult clients on investment opportunities in plots and villas.
Conduct project presentations and property site visits. Build and maintain robust client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Ratnagiri Konkan Region Candidate Requirement s 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the real estate market. Ability to close high-value transactions. Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits. Valid driving licence is preferred.
