Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms using C .
Teach core programming concepts, algorithm design, and problem-solving techniques.
Conduct coding practice sessions, live problem-solving, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Design, administer, and evaluate weekly coding assessments and assignments.
Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning progress through regular tracking.
Identify students requiring additional support and conduct timely intervention sessions.
Mentor and guide Teaching Assistants to ensure consistency and quality in support sessions.
Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve coding proficiency.
Prepare students for coding assessments, hackathons, and technical interviews.
Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum, content, and classroom delivery.
Maintain accurate academic records, performance reports, and learner engagement metrics.
