We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Sushant Lok, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent space planning skills, and hands-on experience managing residential and/or commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Create space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Supervise project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Mentor junior designers and support team development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
8–10 years of qualified experience in interior design.
Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
