Role & Responsibilities

Consulting & Delivery
Support and lead consulting engagements in OD, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy.
Design and facilitate learning interventions and leadership development workshops.
Collaborate with Principal Consultants and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Client Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage ongoing engagements.
Understand client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.
Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders across industries.

Business Development
Identify recent prospects with existing and potential clients.
Support proposal creation, pitch development, and client discussions.
Represent the firm in HR, learning, and leadership forums.

Entrepreneurial & Growth Role
Act as the go-to person for the Bangalore office, especially during MD's travel.
Contribute to firm-building, knowledge creation, and brand visibility.
Enjoy flexibility to pursue personal consulting or training interests alongside firm engagements (with mutual agreement).
