Job Opening: Business Development Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Healthcare
Location: Hisar (Headquarter)
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs.
Plan and conduct RTMs (Round Table Meetings) and doctor engagement activities.
Meet and build solid relationships with referral doctors.
Promote the hospital's specialties and services to healthcare specialists.
Generate patient referrals and strengthen the referral network.
Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach programs.
Submit regular activity and performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
