We are looking for a skilled SAP EAM & PM Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and defining SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, with a basic understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO.

Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP EAM & PM projects, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP EAM & PM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Configure and define SAP EAM & PM module settings to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure smooth integration between SAP EAM & PM and other modules such as SD, MM, and FICO.
Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions in container terminal, shipping, and logistics environments.
Utilize knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management to enhance system capabilities.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues,



and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal functionality.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP specialists, fostering skilled growth and continuous learning.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and customizations.
Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP EAM & PM configuration and management.
Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics business processes.
Knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a energetic workplace.
