Job Title: Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, hands-on proficiency across industry-standard design tools, and a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality of work. Portfolio submission is mandatory for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
Design digital and print creatives including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral
Create branding assets — logos, brand guidelines, business cards, letterheads
Design UI elements/graphics for websites and mobile apps as needed
Work closely with the marketing team to design ad creatives and campaign visuals
Design presentation decks, infographics, and reports
Edit and retouch photographs and images
Create short animations, motion graphics, or basic video edits for social media (added advantage)
Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience




Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
Experience with motion graphics/video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts
Robust attention to detail and consistency in brand execution
Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects
