Role Description -

The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves performing keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, and conducting regular SEO audits to improve search visibility. The specialist will manage on-page SEO elements, develop and execute link-building strategies, and monitor performance using web analytics tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content and marketing teams, identifying technical and content-related SEO issues, and implementing data-driven improvements to grow organic traffic and lead generation.





Qualifications - · Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize website content and metadata.

· Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits to analyze site health, identify technical issues, and recommend improvements.

· Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that support ranking goals.

· Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable SEO reports.

· Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for white-hat SEO.

· Experience with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools).

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Prior experience in financial services, education, or training domains is an advantage but not mandatory.

· 2+ years of qualified experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi .
