About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to join our India team and help drive data-led compensation and benefits decisions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Total Rewards leadership to build insights, models, and frameworks that shape how we reward our employees.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain compensation models to support budgeting, workforce planning, and pay decision scenarios
Analyze compensation data (spend, distribution, trends) to enable informed and equitable pay outcomes
Support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles (merit, promotions, adjustments) with robust data governance
Conduct market benchmarking using external compensation surveys and interpret insights for decision-making
Assist in salary structure design and updates based on market movement and internal positioning
Perform internal equity and competitiveness analysis
Support job architecture and job matching, including updates based on evolving business needs
Partner on group insurance programs (GMC, GTL, GPA)



including renewals, broker interactions, and insurer evaluations
Contribute to benefits design and enhancement initiatives (e.g., OPD, policy changes, employee rollout)

What We’re Looking For

About You
5–7 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
Strong hands-on experience with compensation analytics, salary structures, and benchmarking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, scenario building, data analysis)
Experience with HR systems or compensation tools (e.g., Workday, MarketPay) preferred
Education - Full time MBA / MSW / Equivalent

Core Strengths
Deep understanding of compensation frameworks and survey data
Exposure to health and insurance plan renewals and implementation
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations (preferred)
