Key Responsibilities
Design a wide range of creative assets brand identity, marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and digital/print campaigns.
Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Build and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring visual coherence across teams and channels.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, King AI and similar generative AI platforms) to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and asset production.
Create motion graphics and short-form video content using After Effects for digital campaigns and social content.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver on time.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders; incorporate feedback efficiently.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities, and proactively bring current ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.




Maintain organized design files, templates, and version control for easy handoff and reuse.

Required Skills & Qualifications
58 years of hands-on skilled design experience, ideally with brand or agency exposure.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe AI and After Effects.
Practical, hands-on experience using AI design/creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, King AI and similar platforms) as part of the day-to-day workflow not just familiarity.
A strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand design, digital, print, and motion work.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strategic design mindset able to connect design decisions to business and brand objectives, not just aesthetics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale.
Solid communication and presentation skills to articulate design thinking to non-design stakeholders
