What You'll Do
Own the Content
Lead content strategy and ideas for our most key brands.
Turn brand direction into content territories, campaigns, and series in whatever format serves the idea.
Set the video and shoot-direction standard across the pod.
Set the editorial and craft standard others learn from.
Lift the Team
Guide Content Strategists and the Associate on ideas, craft, and copy.
Give feedback that raises the work.
Be the go-to when a brief is hard.
Deliver
Own quality and timelines on your brands content.
Brief Design, Motion,
and Production clearly; partner with Brand Partnerships on direction.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Your brands content is among our sharpest and most talked-about.
The strategists you guide visibly improve.
Content ships on time and on standard.
You deputise for the Head of Content when needed.
Who You Are
4–6 years in content / social strategy with real ideation ownership.
A track record of ideas and campaigns you can point to.
Thinks in territories and campaigns, and writes sharp across formats.
A generous mentor who raises the people around them.
Rapid, organised, and reliable under deadline.
Nice-to-Haves (Optional)
Deep range in a format: scripting, long-form, or SEO.
Integrated campaign experience.
