Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Erode for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform regular SEO audits, and recommend improvements to increase organic visibility and search rankings. Daily responsibilities include optimizing on-page elements, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and managing link-building activities in line with ethical SEO practices.

The role involves collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns and website updates. The specialist will track key metrics, prepare reports,



and continuously test and refine strategies to drive sustainable traffic growth.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.

Candidates should possess experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.

Candidates should possess capabilities in link building, focusing on quality, relevance, and compliance with search engine guidelines.

Candidates should possess proficiency in web analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on SEO performance metrics.

Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and major SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) is beneficial.
