Responsibilities
To lead and/ or work with the audit team in a rapid learning environment to conduct financial, operational and/ or compliance audits and special reviews (when required) in the Asia Pacific region.
Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with Corporate and local policies and procedures.
Identify and clearly define audit issues and root causes, provide sound and practical improved internal controls and business processes.
Prepare audit report/ audit findings and present it to the business management team.
Ensure that management action plans are developed, sustainable and implemented on time.
Prepare work papers and adequately document audit work performed to support conclusions reached.
Actively participate in global/ regional initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audits processes and procedures.

Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
At least four years relevant experience in audit, preferably in manufacturing space and/ or business process outsourcing and/ or Big 4 accounting firms exposure (i.e., Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG).




A highly motivated individual with demonstrated leadership attributes and problem-solving skill will be considered a key contributor to this energetic audit team.
Possess the drive to gain valuable knowledge and understanding of the companys policies and procedures and systems.
You are also confident and comfortable dealing with senior management.
Experience in data extraction and data analysis would be an advantage.
This position requires travel to the Asia Pacific region (about 25% - 40%).
Professional certification (CPA, CIA, ACCA, etc.) is preferred.
Fluent English speaking and writing, as well as strong communication skills are necessary.
Fluency in Asian language is desirable.
Experience in SAP ERP will be an added advantage.
