Job Summary

Detailing Bull is looking for a proactive and energetic Sales executive to manage inbound leads, build relationships with dealers, and drive business growth through field visits and marketing activities. This role is more relationship- and business development-focused than hardcore cold sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, visiting dealers, conducting product presentations, and representing the brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead ManagementHandle and follow up on inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
2. Dealer Relationship ManagementVisit automobile dealers, workshops, detailing studios, and partner locations to promote Detailing Bull's products and services.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential dealer partners.
Support dealer onboarding and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Product Promotion & Customer EngagementConduct product demonstrations and explain product advantages to customers and dealers.
Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
4. Marketing & Business DevelopmentPlan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and dealer promotions.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of customer interactions, dealer visits, and sales activities.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, dealer management, or field marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Experience in the automobile, detailing, automotive accessories, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred SkillsCustomer Relationship Management (CRM).
Dealer network development.
Field marketing and promotional activities.
Presentation and product demonstration skills.
