Evaluate and structure commercial real estate financing transactions through detailed credit analysis, due diligence and risk assessment. Prepare credit notes, term sheets, review and renewal reports, present proposals to sanctioning authorities, verify disbursement compliance and work with relationship, legal, technical and operations teams to address client requirements. The role also monitors portfolio and security risks, tracks real estate markets and regulatory developments, and ensures adherence to lending policies and credit administration standards.
Mandatory Qualification Required
Chartered Accountant; 5–10 years of experience; construction finance and commercial real estate underwriting experience.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
